What's New: March 2025

Insight Action KPIs:

Willow has added a number of new KPIs to the top of the insights page allowing users to better understand what has been reviewed, what is needing action, and which insights have been actioned.

Each of the KPIs has a tooltip that will appear when you hover over the (i) explaining the definition of each metrics. Those definitions are as follows:

  • Insights Successfully Actioned: The number of Inactive insights with closed tickets. This showcases the number of insights that users have successfully actioned by converting the active issue to inactive with their ticket.
  • Insights With Open Tickets: The number of insights that have been actioned with a ticket but are still considered to be in progress.
  • Active Insights With No Tickets: The number of Active insights without tickets. This showcases the number of active insights still requiring an action.
  • Insights With Comments: The number of insights that have been commented on.

You can change your KPI display by selecting the gear icon on the top right of the screen and going to Edit KPIs. For more information on the impact score metrics, read What's New: February 2025.

 

Insight Page

The diagnostics tab has been moved to second position on the insights page to increase feature visibility.

Additionally, time series has been updated to display the 7 days leading to the last Active occurrence of the insight. This will help users to quickly investigate and understand issues and leading indicators within the associated telemetry. The page previously defaulted to show the previous 48 hours from now which caused some leading indicator diagnostics to be missed and insights that didn't have an active occurrence in the past 48 hours to be confusing to understand.

 

Copilot

Copilot now prompts users with hints.

Selecting the Hint sends a curated user prompt to the LLM and displays the response for the user.
