What's New: June 2025

App Status

The App Status page in the Willow App is a centralized dashboard designed to monitor the health, availability, and data quality of connected sensors across buildings. It helps users identify underperforming systems, investigate telemetry issues, and take action to maintain system reliability. The App Status page is accessible from the main navigation menu and provides both high-level system overview and detailed connector-specific insights.

Automated Tickets

Users may now configure ticket automations through Willow App. This feature will generate a ticket on a user-specified insight any time that insight becomes active. Link to documentation here.

Dashboards

All dashboards have been migrated to a fully integrated native Willow system built directly within our product that is faster, sleeker, more robust.

Insight KPIs

Insight KPIs are updated on the insights page to display actionable metrics with filtering capabilities and impact breakdowns, enabling users to act on the right insights at the right time.

Ticket Settings

Users can now self-specify what fields are hidden/required/editable on ticket create and update as per their CMMS configuration. Learn more here.

Copilot

Copilot can now answer questions about the ontology and Copilot’s functionality itself as well as generate summaries of images.
