Memories are a mechanism to personalize responses at a user-level in Willow Copilot.
- Set User preferences: Set a conversation style, UI formatting or preferred input/output language(s). Examples:
‘Remember this – show all responses in English and French’.
‘Save this memory – always show HTML tables in green’. - Customize prompt instructions: Create own personal instructions.
Example:
Save this memory: Create a Monday morning briefing to list the following: Top insights and their avoidable cost and open tickets for Building1 and Building 2. - Set "favorites": Manage your favorite assets that you wish to access quickly. Give a custom name to a list of assets or locations.
Example:
Save this memory: "Troublesome AHUs" are AHU1 and AHU2. Remember this: "My Terminals" are Terminal A and Terminal D. - To-do lists and reminders: Manage a general list of to-dos, or attach them to specific assets, needed parts lists, onboarding status to-dos, etc.
Saved memories persist across sessions.
- To create a memory, enter a prompt: ‘Save this memory’ or ‘Remember this’, followed by an instruction to personalize, like: ‘Always show cost in USD and Euros.’
- To review all saved memories, enter a prompt: ‘Show all my memories.’
- To delete a memory, enter a prompt: ‘Delete this memory’ followed by text describing the memory to delete.
