Overview
The logic behind Willow’s Insight KPI tiles has been updated to provide clearer visibility into what requires attention and what has been resolved successfully or unsuccessfully. The new definitions are:
- Needs Action: Insights active within the last 30 days that do not have an open or closed ticket.
- In Progress: Insights linked to open tickets.
- Successfully Actioned: Insights that have remained inactive for at least 24 hours after the associated ticket was closed.
- Unsuccessfully Actioned: Insights that remain active beyond 24 hours after the associated ticket was closed.
The 24-hour window ensures that fixes are validated—if the insight becomes inactive, the action was successful; if it stays active, the fix did not work. These definitions appear when you hover over the (i) icon in the UI.
Impact scores displayed on each tile represent the total value across all insights in that category. For example, $21.5K USD Avoidable Cost Per Year reflects the combined avoidable cost across 1,073 insights marked as Needs Action.
