What's New: June 2026

AI Reports

Prompt Library
Curated prompts are now available when creating or editing reports and directly within Copilot, helping users get high-quality results without writing prompts from scratch.

Suspend Reports and Sections
Reports and individual report sections can now be enabled or disabled, giving you control over what runs without deleting configured content.

Easier Report Authoring
Reports can now be duplicated (including individual sections), given descriptions, and validated for unique names - with warnings before navigating away from unsaved changes.

Insights

Updated Impact Scores
Insight impact reporting has been updated to align with the Financial Impact dashboards, and a new breakdown modal in the Insights table shows exactly how each value is calculated:

  • Direct Savings (previously "Yearly Avoidable Cost")
Measurable savings such as energy and repair & maintenance, reported as Potential, Projected, and Achieved.
  • Cost Avoidance & Risk (new)
The indirect financial value of resolving an issue: costs your operation doesn't incur, such as avoided downtime or unplanned maintenance, because the issue was caught and addressed.

Redesigned Impact Scores on the Insight Page
The impact section on each insight's page has been redesigned, grouping related scores more clearly and adding the new Cost Avoidance & Risk measure.

Filter Occurrences & Activity by Date
New date range filters on the Occurrence and Activity tabs let you narrow in on a specific time period, making it easier to pinpoint when an issue occurred and what activity happened around it.

Improved Insights Experience on Tablet
The Insights page now adapts better to tablets and smaller screens, with an improved layout and scrolling behaviour that keeps content easy to read and navigate.

Twins

Richer Twin Summary Panel
The twin summary panel has been redesigned with a clearer structure. Properties are now displayed in a refreshed field layout, collapsible cards use a consistent style across the app, and ID properties (ID, Geometry Viewer ID, External ID) have been moved to a dedicated IDs card that always appears at the bottom - keeping the most relevant information front and centre.

Component Properties on Parent Twins
A new Twin Components section on the Twin Node summary panel lists the sub-components of a twin, each expandable to show its properties. Components can be nested to any depth.

Files

Redesigned File Page
The file page has been redesigned and organised into Information, Links, and Preview tabs - showing file details, the twins and locations a document relates to, and an in-app preview, all in one place.

Upgraded PDF Viewer
The PDF viewer has been upgraded with in-document search, page thumbnails for quick navigation, and smoother scrolling when previewing documents.

Improved File Search & Downloads
File search and downloads have moved to an improved document platform, with smarter search matching and more reliable file handling.

Tickets

Ticket Activity Log
A new Activity Log is now available in Tickets, giving you a full audit trail of changes throughout a ticket's lifecycle. Each entry shows the timestamp, activity details, and the user or system that made the change - making it easy to track changes and support compliance reporting. Activity can also be filtered by date range.

Localization & Accessibility

Dashboards Fully Localized
All dashboards - including Comfort, Energy, Occupancy, Electrical, Water, Load Profile, and Financial Impact - are now fully translated, including chart and filter labels.

Continued Accessibility Improvements
Further keyboard navigation and screen-reader enhancements across filters, menus, navigation tabs, and form inputs in the Willow App and design system.

Copilot understands Work Order KPIs

Willow now tracks metrics on tickets like MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
And Copilot prompts now enable accessing this data easily.
