What's New: September 2026

Data Center Solutions

Expanded Data Center Skills Library

The Skills Library has been expanded with new support for data center environments, including cooling infrastructure, electrical distribution systems, environmental monitoring, and hot aisle/cold aisle operations.

Capacity Management Dashboard

New dashboard provide visibility into HVAC and electrical utilization, peak demand, available capacity, and equipment-level performance. These views help operators optimize capacity, balance loads, and plan future growth more effectively.

3D Thermal Visualization

Data center operators can now visualize temperature conditions directly within the 3D environment. Live sensor overlays make it easier to identify hotspots, airflow imbalances, and cooling inefficiencies across the facility.

Copilot

Seamless access to aggregated datasets

To date, users have had to explicitly invoke the Aggregation Agent to access data tables for large data sets like inspection date, FCI tables, ticket sentiment analysis and more. Now, this data can be accessed seamlessly, without a specific mention in the prompt to ‘Ask Aggregation Agent’.

Picking up context of Insight

As a companion experience, Copilot now picks up context of Insights that the user is looking at and the twin that the insight is for. Badges show up at the bottom right.

Updated models for Fast/Slow response

Willow Copilot now uses the latest GPT 5.6 series of models. Select Fast response or Deep thinking mode from Copilot Settings. In the Fast response mode, Copilot uses GPT 5.6 Luna and in Deep thinking mode, it uses GPT 5.6 Terra.

Activate Technology

Copilot Integration for Activate

Copilot now has awareness of the Skills Library and Activate Rules Engine, allowing users to ask questions about skill logic, impact calculations, bindings, and expressions in plain language. This makes it easier to understand, troubleshoot, and explain how skills operate.

Smarter Scenario Recommendations

Scenarios now include visibility into the evidence used to generate recommendations, providing greater transparency and helping users understand why a specific action has been suggested.

Condition-Based Maintenance

New Runtime-Based Maintenance Insights

A new category of maintenance-focused Skills has been introduced for Air Handling Units, Exhaust Fans, and Fan Coil Units. Instead of relying on fixed maintenance schedules, these skills track actual equipment runtime and generate recommendations when configurable runtime thresholds are reached.

Closed-Loop Maintenance Workflows

Maintenance recommendations can now leverage CMMS ticket activity to track completed work and automatically reset maintenance intervals, creating a continuous condition-based maintenance workflow.
