Logging in (Existing Users)

Existing users can log into the WillowTwin™ platform by going to command.willowinc.com, from here you will then be prompted to enter your email address for verification. This step is to verify whether single sign on (SSO) has been enabled for your platform.

Once your email has been entered, click Continue, and depending on the configuration of your platform, you will then be prompted to complete the login process via the SSO or Local Account Login options described below.

Single Sign On (SSO)

If SSO has been enabled for your platform, you will be prompted to select the account to use for sign on, once the appropriate account is selected you will be logged into the platform.

Local Account Login

If single sign has not be configured, you will be prompted to login using your email address and the password you created during the sign up process.

Enter your email address, password, then click Sign In to be log into the platform.
