Search Assets

The ability to search the assets from your digital twin from the Command mobile app is powerful feature that allows teams to review key pieces of information regarding a particular asset directly from the field. Particularly useful when servicing equipment that is not operating as expected, broken, or when completing an inspection, the details that could be seen here can include:

• Maintenance date intervals, who is responsible for maintenance
• Installation date, Manufacturer and Warranty information
• Serial number, model number
• Access to uploaded files, including manuals

To search for an asset:

1. Tap the menu button
2. Tap Asset Search
3. From the floor drop-down, select the floor you are search for an asset on
4. Use the Search field to type the name of the asset, or
5. Tap a category folder to browse for the asset by category and subcategory
6. From the list of assets that is displayed below, tap on an asset to view its details
7. Tap the back arrow in the top left to navigate back to the list assets

Asset Details

As mentioned above, the asset information that can be seen here will vary depending on the your implementation and the information that was uploaded to your WillowTwin™ platform, but this could include:

• Maintenance date intervals, who is responsible for maintenance
• Installation date, Manufacturer and Warranty information
• Serial number, model number

Tap the Files tab near the top of the screen to see any documents related to the asset that may have been uploaded as well.
