Users with Admin access to the WillowTwin™ platform have the ability to perform a wide range of administrative functions to manage their Portfolios, Sites, Users, Requestors and Workgroups.
Requestors and Workgroups are used in conjunction with the Tickets and Inspections features of the platform.
- Requestors allows users to quickly identify who may be making a request for some kind of repair or issue which requires the creation of a ticket.
- Workgroups allows admins to group certain users together for the assignment and of tickets, inspections or to receive notifications related to inspections.
The following video will demonstrate how to create and edit these groups of individuals.
