Resetting your password

If you have forgotten your password, from the login screen click the Forgot your password? link.

You will then be prompted to enter your email address, click the Send verification code. Once received, copy and paste the code into the Verification Code field, then click Continue

Once the code has been verified, you'll see an option to either Change e-mail or Continue, click Continue to change your password.

When entering a new password, ensure it meets the following requirements:

• Between 8-16 characters
• At least 3 of the 4 following:
  • Upper case character
  • Lower case character
  • Digits (0-9)
  • One or more of the following special characters:
    • ` ~ @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ + = { } [ ] ' : , . ? / \ |

Re-enter your password to confirm, once changed you will be brought back to the main login screen where you can then login with your email and newly changed password.
