Welcome to the WillowTwin Dashboard!
In this section we will identify all areas of the dashboard.
The Ribbon/Menu Bar: (top) This is bar holds different menus that allows you to navigate too more specific parts of the dashboard as well as into different interfaces within the WillowTwin.
Floor Selector: (left-side) A 3D visualisation of the building representing each floor. Click on the Select floor drop down menu (top-left) to find a specific floor, once a floor is selected this will take you to the floor dashboard. If a floor is colour coded that represents a fault on that floor.
Tickets: These are work orders and open actions that need to be viewed. Tickets also are a way for you to resolve insights which are generated.
Selecting a Ticket will expand the ticket information from the right-hand side.
Insights: These are any observation or anomalies that have been raised from marketplace apps. Insights can also be generated through the inspections feature.
Selecting an Insight will expand the information from the right-hand side.
From here you can, acknowledge the Insight, investigate the Insight and create a ticket from the Insight
