Sign in for existing user

Existing user can still sign in using the same email address and password.
Keep in mind that you may sign in to a different region than you have set in your cookies, then use the 'Change region' to change to the appropriate region.

Note: Willow account users can use SSO now (Azure AD). However, for external clients, they and Willow will need to make some changes to set up tenancy before they can use SSO.

Sign up flow for new user

  • Add a new user and give them a permission to at least one site, via the Command Platform > Admin > User & Site Permissions settings.

  • A Welcome email is sent to the user, eg: (no welcome email if site permissions are set to 'None')image-20210513-051144.png

  • User goes to the Command Platform - Login page and they can do one of two things:image-20210427-061418.png

  1. Use ‘Azure AD’, assuming customer has been setup to use Azure SSO and it will take them through that flow

  2. Sign up now

  • If they follow the ‘Sign up now’, they have to verify their email address and create a password before they can login:

  • The verification email that is sent to the user looks like this (willowdevb2c will be WillowIdentity in production):

  • User is now authorised for login.

  • Note: user may encounter this error if they have no permissions to access their sites in the current region. Admin can grant site permission via the Command Platform > Admin > User & Site Permissions settings.
