Email Notifications

Overview

Users can now configure and receive email notifications, bringing Willow on-the-go and reducing the need for continuous in-app monitoring of critical issues. Email notifications ensure teams are instantly notified of the most important issues to tackle, enabling users to be more well-informed and efficient.

 

Notification Settings

A user can navigate to Notification Settings by clicking on the bell icon at the top right of Willow App, selecting the dotted icon and going to Notification Settings. There, a user can configure in-app and email notifications for themselves and their team. To configure an email notification, select Add Notification from the Notification Settings page.

You will then select whether you'd like the notification to be personal (just for you) or for a workgroup (sent to a specified workgroup configured in Access Management). Then, select a notification channel - email, in-app or both. Finally, you'll specify the location that the notification is relevant for and the type of notification that you'd like to receive.

Here, I've added a personal notification so that I am notified when an insight pertaining to the 3 specified skills on 104 Bedford becomes active.

After clicking save, the configuration will appear at the top of the list within Notification Settings. This configuration can be edited and deleted at any time through the actions menu on the far right.

 

Email Notification

When one of the notification-configured insights becomes active, the user will receive the following email.
