Resolution Types
Activate Technology now assigns a resolution type to each insight, providing a way to decipher and filter insights by the type of action they require. There are badges on each card that represent the resolution type. The types are filterable on the left-hand panel, and the filter is persistent between logins.
The resolution types are as follows:
- Setting: Resolution action can be completed with adjusting settings for the asset at the BMS or other software.
- Sequence: Review and revision of the asset's sequence of operations may be required.
- Field Fix: An onsite technicians should review the asset and repair as necessary.
- Active Control: Automated write-back from Willow to local controls to resolve issue by adjusting operating parameters per agreed upon workflow(s).
- Capital Project: Replacement or optimization of the asset and/or components requires budgeting and resource planning.
Hovering over the resolution types reveals a window showcasing these definitions.
