SMS Notifications

Overview

Willow now supports SMS notifications, allowing you to stay informed from anywhere. To enable this feature, navigate to your user profile, enter your mobile number, and verify it as mentioned here. SMS notifications deliver key insight details such as the insight name, asset, building location, priority, and a direct link to investigate the issue from your mobile device.

Steps to Set Up SMS Notifications

1. Navigate to Notification Settings

• Open your notification panel.
• Select Notification Settings.

2. Add a New Notification

• Click Add Notification.
• Choose SMS as your Notification Channel.

3. Configure Your Notification

• Customize the notification based on your preferred insights.
• Save your notification, and you'll see it appear as a configuration in the main settings page.
• You can always use the action menu on the far right of each row to delete or edit your notifications.

The SMS notification contains the insight name, asset, building location, priority, and a link to the insight to investigate further.

Clicking the link will bring you to the insight node page, enabling you to investigate the issue directly from your mobile device.
