Manage Account

Overview

The Manage Account feature in the Willow App gives you full control over your personal details without leaving the app. From this page, you can update your first and last name, phone number, and job type in just a few clicks. Access the feature by selecting your avatar in the top-right corner and choosing Manage Account from the menu. 

Steps to Update Your Account

1. Access the Manage Account Page

• Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the app. 
• Select Manage Account from the dropdown menu.

2. Edit Your Details

• Update your First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and Job Type.

3. Enable SMS Notifications

• When updating your phone number, opt-in for SMS notifications under Notification Settings.

Tip 

Your updates sync automatically with Willow’s Access Management system, no extra steps required.
