SMS Notifications

Willow now supports SMS notifications, enabling users to stay informed from anywhere.

To use SMS notifications, please ensure your phone number is saved to your user profile. To learn how to do so, view this guide.

An SMS notification can be configured and customized in Notification Settings on user-specifed insights. To set up an SMS notification, navigate to Notification Settings through your notification panel.

Selet Add Notification to configure and customize your SMS notification.

Set up your notification, selecting SMS as your Notification Channel.

Save your notification, and you'll see it appear as a configuration in the main settings page. You can always use the action menu on the far right of each row to delete or edit your notifications.

The SMS notification contains the insight name, asset, building location, priority, and a link to the insight to investigate further.

Clicking the link will bring you to the insight node page, enabling you to investigate the issue directly from your mobile device.
