Manage Account

Willow App has added a Manage Account page, so users can update their info directly in the app without having to navigate into Willow's Access Management. The User Profile page allows users to update their first and last name, phone number, and job type.

Access this page by navigating to your user avatar at the top right of the platform and selecting Manage Account.

This will open the user's details, allowing them to edit and save changes. Updating your phone number will require the user to opt-in to receiving text messages on that number should they like to have SMS notifications. SMS notifications are user-configurable and can be added, edited or deleted on the Notification Settings page.

All updates made to the user's details in Willow App will automatically sync to Willow's Access Management system.
