Action Insights: From Detection to Resolution
Action Insights help teams move beyond identifying issues to tracking outcomes. Users can now select Mark Actioned from the Insight Actions menu and capture resolution details including solutions, costs, comments, and outcomes. Think of this as shortcut to creating a ticket and progressing the ticket through your organization's work order process.
By documenting what was done and what was achieved, teams can better measure operational improvements, validate savings, and build a history of successful interventions.
Functional Testing
Know for Certain What's Wrong, Without Sending Someone Out to Check
Willow's Activate Technology already detects equipment that may not be operating as expected. With automated Functional Testing, users can now validate issues directly from an alert with a single click.
Willow performs the test, monitors equipment response in real time, and provides a clear result: Pass, Warning, or Fail, along with recommended next steps based on live diagnostics. Every test is automatically recorded, creating a historical record for future troubleshooting and analysis.
Safety remains a priority throughout the process, with Willow automatically returning equipment to its normal operating state when testing is complete.

Custom Briefings
Custom Briefings allow organizations to upload and manage externally generated HTML and PDF reports directly within Willow. These are useful for authoring briefings using Willow MCP and your other line-of-business data in your AI assistant of choice such as Anthropic's Claude, Microsoft's Copilot, OpenAI's ChatGPT or Google's Gemini.
By bringing external reports into a single experience, teams can centralize operational reporting and make important information available alongside digital twin data and other operational insights.

We are expanding Willow's integration with Microsoft 365 Copilot to make operational intelligence more accessible within the tools employees use every day.
By bringing Willow data, insights, and workflows into familiar Microsoft 365 experiences, users can more easily discover information, access building context, and interact with operational knowledge without leaving their existing workflow. This integration supports faster decision-making and helps operational intelligence become a more connected part of everyday work.
AI-Powered Energy Baselining at Portfolio Scale
Willow's ML-baselining is powered by an ML pipeline which performs data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, model evaluation, and model publishing. It takes advantage of Willow's knowledge graph and Activate Technology to deploy at scale across portfolios.
The pipeline training stage trains on multiple different ML boosted algorithms and dynamically selects the algorithm with the highest MAPE score. Feature engineering ensures that outdoor weather conditions, day-of-week, month-of-year, holidays, and the thermal profile of the day are taken into account to achieve our high accuracy.
Two published ML baselines are used to create a calculated points for each meter: Daily Energy Consumption and Average Hourly Power. These can then be used for anomaly detection, forecasted energy based on Willow's incoming weather forecast, and M&V calculations such as determining achieved savings on a completed energy conservation measure or actioned Willow insight.
Japanese Language Support Now Available
Willow is now available in Japanese, supporting Japanese-speaking users and expanding accessibility across global portfolios.
This addition allows more users to interact with Willow in their preferred language, helping teams work more efficiently and consistently across regions.
