Copilot
Copilot now persists asset contextualization through product navigation, including building twin contextualization. Copilot is also now grounded in Willow's Knowledge Graph, producing graph-queried responses for twins, relationships and properties.
SMS Notifications
Receive SMS notifications on specified insights, allowing you to stay in the know from anywhere. Clicking on the link provided will bring you directly to the insight. Willow App has been upgraded to now be viewable on mobile for ease in this workflow and to support users working and accessing Willow in the field. Learn more about SMS Notifications here.
Manage Account
Willow App has added a page to manage your user details directly from the app. Any updates made here will sync to Access Management and vice versa. Learn more about how to navigate this page here.
Diagnostic Improvements
The diagnostics table has been updated to expose the Last Active date to the user, wrap text to ensure full visibility upon load, and improve the check logic against diagnostic insights. The check logic now inspects the 7 days leading up to the last active date of the parent insight, improving Willow's analysis of leading indicators and root cause identification.
Portfolio Home Page Map Updates
The portfolio home page has been updated to support a 3D view of your portfolio. Use the arrow icon on the upper right corner of the map to switch your view from 2D to 3D.
Time Series Improvements
The time series viewer which is used in both the Twin Page and Insight page has been updated to make it easier to see the list of points organized by their associated component. By selecting the Controls button, the panel now show points organized in cards for a twin with subsections for groupings of points by component. This was all made possible by an underlying enhancement to the data modeling in Willow's knowledge graph to support more flexibility for different asset configurations.

Twin Sensors Updates
The sensors tab on the twin page has been updated to organize the sensors (aka points) by which component they are associated with for an asset. This makes it easier to find points and understand how they relate to the overall asset. In the example below, there are 3 components - Supply Fan, Outside Air Damper, and Return Fan which each have one or more sensors associated.
The new "i" information icon allows the user to see the underlying protocol identity information such as BACnet details. Underneath the name of a sensor, the list now shows the model (aka category) which the sensor has been classified as according to the Willow ontology. This allows the user to see both the name and its classificatoin together.
